Genentech invited Lina, a two-time Olympian and executive coach, to design and lead a tailored session titled “Embodying the Olympic Mindset.” By weaving her experience of overcoming setbacks and achieving excellence, Lina crafted an interactive workshop to help participants cultivate resilience, focus, and self-belief.
